Pam and Mark's Wedding on 20th June at Barton Grange

Pam and Mark were married on 20th June this year at Euxton Parish Church followed by a reception at Barton Grange in Preston.

We love shooting weddings at Euxton Parish Church. Aside from the fact that it's our local church where our daughter Siena was christened a few weeks ago, it has a really lovely atmosphere, a friendly vicar and is stunning for photos.

Mark and the guys were taken to the church in style in the most enormous limo we have ever seen.

Pam looked beautiful in a strapless embroidered and beaded gown. She was accompanied by three bridesmaids in claret dresses and carried a stunning bouquet of orchids.

Her transport to the church was a little more traditional as she opted for a vintage car. however, she did join Mark in the limo after the service as the wedding party travelled to Barton Grange for the reception.

Pam and Mark's wedding cake was really something special. It had been designed by one of Pam's friends and was covered in sugar orchids that matched Pam's bouquet perfectly.

Entertainment was provided by the Master of Ceremonies who encouraged guests to play games during the Wedding Breakfast.

We wish the happy couple the very best in their married lives together.

Talitha and Paul's Wedding at Haighton Manor

Talitha and Paul were married on 6th June at Haighton Manor, a historic 17th century country house situated just outside Preston.

Family, friends and guests can access an online gallery of a selection of wedding photographs here. The password is their married name in lowercase, plus an exclamation mark e.g. smith!

Paul and the guys were getting ready at the manor itself and Paul got to arrive in style in a silver porsche.

Meanwhile, Talitha and the bridesmaids got ready in Preston. Talitha was wearing a stunning beaded gown with full train and carried a lilac and white bouquet of freesia and roses. Her bridemaids were her two sisters and two best friends who wore dresses in a rich shade of lilac.

Paul proposed to Talitha at the top of the Eiffel Tower. As a tribute to this, all the tables had model Eiffel Towers, which Paul had made himself, as their centrepieces.

Despite some precarious weather at times, it was a fantastic day and Talitha and Paul are a really lovely couple to work with. We wish them the very best for the future.

Kerry and Ben's wedding at Samlesbury and Ribby Hall

We had a great time shooting Kerry and Ben's wedding on 30th May. The weather was absolutely scorching and it helped to create the perfect setting for some beautiful photos. Kerry had opted for a fairytale horse and carriage ride to the church, so it was a great relief that the weather was so lovely!

We started the day in Blackburn with the guys who weren't nervous in the slightest when we arrived. Kerry had instructed us to ensure we got pictures of them with her hanging baskets outside that she had got specially for the occasion.

We then moved on to Samlesbury where Kerry and the bridesmaids were getting ready. Kerry's chief bridesmaid was Ben's sister, Vicky, who was accompanied by three beautiful little girls, her own daughters Molly and Poppy and Kerry's little girl Abby. Kerry's son Alex was a very proud page boy.

Kerry wore a stunning beaded dress which was from Dan Kerr of Preston and her veil was trimmed with swarovski crystals. The bridemaids' dresses were from the Glass Slipper in Chorley. Her bouquet was red roses and cala lilies and was by The Enchanted Garden in Blackburn.

Kerry chose to make a grand arrival at the church by horse and carriage, which really added to the fairytale atmosphere. She did arrive a little late, but it kept Ben on his toes!
The ceremony took place at the church of St.Leonard the Less Samlesbury, which was particularly relevant as Kerry went to school at the primary school next door.

After a short drive in a mercedes, Kerry and Ben climbed into the horse and carriage again where they were safely delivered to Ribby Hall for their reception. This was the first wedding we had photographed at Ribby Hall and we were extremely impressed with the staff, who were very accommodating.
We managed to take lots of photos around the venue and got some particularly lovely shots by the fountain at the front of the hotel. It was so hot at this part of the day!

Alex returned in the evening to take photos of the cutting of the cake and the first dance. The couple chose "Don't want to miss a thing" by Aerosmith for this special moment.

We wish Kerry and Ben every success for the future in their new lives together.
